Terms of Service for Non-European Users
Section 23 of these Terms contains an arbitration agreement and class action waiver that applies to all claims brought against Dealer Exit in the United States. Please read carefully.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding legal agreement between you and Dealer Exit governing your right to use Dealer Exit’s websites, apps and other offerings (collectively, the “Dealer Exit Platform”). When these Terms use “Dealer Exit,” “we,” “us” or “our” they mean the Dealer Exit entity listed in Exhibit 1 with whom you are contracting.
The Dealer Exit Platform provides an online site that allows users (“Members”) to list, offer, search and book services. Members who post and offer services are “Hosts”, while members who search for, book or use services are “Guests”. Hosts offer accommodations (“Accommodations”), activities, tours and events (“Experiences”), as well as a variety of travel and other services (collectively, the “Host Services”, and each Host Service offering a “Listing”). You must register an account to access and use many features of the Dealer Exit Platform, as well as keep your account information accurate. As the provider of the Dealer Exit Platform, Dealer Exit does not own, control, offer or administer any Listings, Host Services or tour services. Dealer Exit is not a party to contracts directly between Hosts and Guests, nor is it a real estate agent, travel agency or insurer. Dealer Exit is not acting as an agent for any Member, except as specified in the Payments Terms of Service (“Payments Terms”). For more information about the Dealer Exit feature, see Section 16.
We maintain other terms and policies that supplement these Terms, such as the Privacy Policy, which describes the collection and use of personal data, and the Payments Terms, which govern the payment services provided to Members by Dealer Exit payment entities (collectively, “Dealer Exit Payments”).
If you are a Host, it is your responsibility to understand and comply with all laws, rules, regulations, and contracts with third parties that apply to the Host Services.
1. Our Mission.
Our Mission is to create a world where you can feel at home wherever you go. From cabins to castles to cooking classes, browse through millions of Listings to find the ones that fit your preferences. For more information about a Listing, see the description and photos, the Host Profile, and Guest reviews. If you have any questions, please send a message to the Host.
2. Fees.
Dealer Exit may charge fees (and applicable Taxes) to Hosts and Guests for the right to use the Dealer Exit Platform. You can find more information about when service fees apply and how they are calculated on the Service Fees page. Except as otherwise provided on the Dealer Exit Platform, service fees are non-refundable. Dealer Exit reserves the right to change service fees at any time, and will notify Members of any fee changes before they become effective. Changes in rates will not affect reservations made before the entry into force of the change thereof. If you do not agree to a change in fees, you may terminate this agreement at any time in accordance with Section.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties.
We provide the Dealer Exit Platform and all Content “as is” without warranty of any kind and we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied. For example: (i) we do not endorse or guarantee the existence, conduct, performance, safety, quality, legality, or suitability of any Guest, Host, Host Service, Listing, or third party; (ii) we do not guarantee the performance or non-disruption of the Dealer Exit Platform; and (iii) we do not guarantee that identity or background checks conducted on Listings or Members (if any) will identify past misconduct or prevent future misconduct. Any reference to a “verified” Member or Listing (or similar language) indicates only that the Member or Listing or Dealer Exit have completed a relevant verification or identification process and nothing more. The limitations of liability in these Terms apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. If you have statutory rights or warranties that we cannot waive, the duration of such statutory rights or warranties will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
